Are your products authentic?

Yes. We buy directly from ZO Skin Health and Concept Myriade as an authorised stockist, and the same stock is used in our treatment rooms. Medical-grade skincare sold through unauthorised channels is a real problem — buying from a clinic is how you avoid it.

Which brands do you carry?

Two at the moment. ZO Skin Health, the medical-grade line developed by Dr. Zein Obagi, and Concept Myriade, a Québec line built around highly active formulas. We add brands when they earn a place in the clinic first.

I do not know where to start. Can you help?

That is what we are here for. Call (514) 931-8883, email salon@purlux.ca, or book a consultation and we will look at your skin properly before recommending anything.

Our journal also covers the questions we get asked most — where to start with retinol, which vitamin C suits which skin, and the order to layer things in.

Can I collect my order from the clinic?

Do you ship outside Canada?

How long will my order take?

Can I return a product?

See our refund policy. Unopened products in original condition are generally returnable; opened skincare usually is not, for hygiene reasons.

Is skincare bought online the same as in the clinic?

Identical. Same suppliers, same stock, same storage conditions.

My skin reacted to something. What should I do?

Stop using it and get in touch. Some reactions — particularly with retinol and acids — are a normal part of acclimatising, but we would rather look at it than have you guess. If a reaction is severe, speak to a doctor.
